Welcome to HVAC Service World. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services that connect HVAC professionals (Technicians) with individuals or businesses (Customers) seeking HVAC services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old.

You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable laws..

You must be a licensed HVAC technician or a customer seeking HVAC services.

We reserve the right to verify your identity, qualifications, and any information you provide

2. Services Provided

The App acts as a digital platform to connect HVAC Technicians with Customers who require HVAC services for residential or commercial properties.

We are not a party to any agreement made between the Technician and Customer.

We do not employ, supervise, or warrant the services of Technicians. Technicians act as independent contractors.

We are not responsible for the conduct, work quality, or compliance of any Technician with applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered are agreed upon directly between Technicians and Customers.

We offer in-app payment processing through a secure third-party provider, Stripe.

By using our payment system, you agree to the terms and policies of the third-party provider.

We charge a service fee or commission for use of the platform. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is completed.

We are not responsible for issues related to payments outside our platform.

5. Technician Responsibilities

Technicians must provide accurate and up-to-date licenses, certifications, and contact information.

Technicians agree to perform all services with a reasonable standard of care and skill.

Technicians must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to HVAC services.

Technicians are solely responsible for the quality and safety of their work and any claims or liabilities arising from it.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate descriptions of the services needed.

Customers must pay for all services as agreed with the Technician.

Customers must treat Technicians respectfully and follow all applicable laws when engaging in service-related interactions.

We are not liable for any issues resulting from miscommunication or failure to pay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

You may not impersonate any other person or entity.

You may not post false or misleading information.

You may not harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any agreements, disputes, or damages arising from interactions between Technicians and Customers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any services provided through the App.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Customers and Technicians must be resolved by those parties.

We may, at our discretion, facilitate communication to assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to do so.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Phoenix, AZ, United States, instead of in court.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Intellectual Property

All HVAC Service World content, trademarks, logos, and software on the App are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Termination does not release you from any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, if necessary, through in-app notices or email.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
